HEâD LOST TWO good sites recently, partly through being careless. It was entirely his own fault. He shouldnât have let any girl slip through his fingers. They wouldnât, now. He had his roll of silver duct tape in his pocket and the little knife to cut strips. The first would go over the girlâs mouth. If she couldnât scream, heâd got her to himself. She couldnât alert anyone else and he could take his time with the rest.
The town at night was still seething with cops, though. Heâd have to take some risks and go out earlier. He needed time â a bit of peace and the chance to do his own thing. To satisfy his own needs. When had he ever been able to do that? Oh, yes, heâd given a couple of silly girls a good seeing-to in the old days, before that one got the place plastered with coppers and he had to lay off for a while.
Then his mother got suspicious, nosy old cow. She started reading out the reports from the evening rag and looking at him over the top of her glasses like some bloody prissy school-marm. He had to time his nocturnal excursions and be back before she got in from bingo. Often she didnât even know heâd been out. Stupid old bat. If heâd been in her place heâd have checked the odometer on his car. In fact, even if sheâd just put her hand on the bonnet when she got in, sheâd have known heâd been out on the prowl, as she used to put it.
Heâd bring the next girl back with him. He could do that now, with no mother watching him like a cat. The next girl was going to come home. Sheâd live with him. Sheâd come to love him in the end, he knew that. Heâd have to keep her captive but he knew about Stockholm Syndrome. Sheâd be in the palm of his hand in a few weeks. Then he could do what he liked.
Oh, stuff that! He could do what he liked straight away. That was the whole point, wasnât it? She would be in his power, a helpless captive. He could use her body any way he chose. At the thought, he felt his erection stirring, swelling. Not now. He couldnât do anything about it here, in the town, just as the shops were closing and the evening cafés and restaurants were starting to fill up.
He wasnât even sure he could get a girl here and now. In the daylight. It was trickier, but his favourite dark alleys were a no-go for the next few weeks at least. A bit of prowling around wouldnât hurt and he was getting desperate. He either needed more films, harder, tougher films, or he needed the real thing. How much better would the real thing be? Real flesh, real blood. Heâd have to draw a line at real screams or the bloody neighbours would dob him in it to the law.
